I've checked with the Florida Attorney general and you're right: they do have dozens of complaints...they sent me copies. However, a representative from that office said that they didn't have an ongoing investigation.The moral of this story is to never do business...especially substantial business...with any company you haven't thoroughly vetted. In fact, that was the substance of our news story: don't send jewelry to anyone anywhere without getting other local quotes and checking on the business through the BBB and/or other sources.
