I’ve subscribed to the promotional emails of 500 companies and brands so that you don’t have to. Every week, I sift through 1,000 deal-touting emails. Most are worthless, but a handful offer valuable coupons, promo codes, sales, and freebies – which I collect and organize for you here (and here).

Clothing, shoes, accessories, and jewelry

  • Puma (activewear and shoes): 40 percent off everything in stores (print first) and online (use code PUMASEP40) [9/19]. The only merchandise excluded form this offer is the Ferrari collection.
  • Sapphire jewelry: Up to 15 percent off September’s birthstone at Gordon’s Jewelers online [9/30]. This discount applies to more than 200 items, which start at $33.

For the home

  • Candles: Get a free full-price large candle or tumbler when you buy two at Yankee Candle Company stores (print first) and online (click on the coupon) [10/2].
  • Free mini candle: With a $10-plus purchase at Bath & Body Works stores (print first) and online (use code FREEMINI) [10/2]. The 1.6-ounce mini candles normally cost $3.50 and come in dozens of scents, which you can scope out on their website.
  • Pfaltzgraff (kitchenware): 40 percent off one item online (use code SEPT40) [9/20].
  • Kids chairs: Up to 50 percent off – plus free shipping for – select P’kolino Little Reader Chairs at Amazon.com [9/30]. These brightly colored chairs are lightweight enough for a child to move them, have storage on the sides for books, and are covered with stain-resistant fabric.

Office and school supplies

Technology

  • Verizon Wireless: Get a free $100-plus gift card when you trade in your old phone for a smartphone [9/30]. The gift card will be mailed to you three weeks after you receive your trade-in, and it’s good at Verizon stores and online. Just be sure to read the rest of the fine print, which says that, among other things, you can’t get this offer if you’ve traded your phone in in the past 180 days.
