Halloween Deals: Costumes, Candy, and Free Kids Meals
Plus USB 3.0 flash drives, wireless mobile mice, and men's skin care coupons.
I subscribe to the promotional emails of hundreds of companies so you don’t have to. I sift through 1,000 deal-touting emails every week. Most are worthless. But some offer valuable coupons, promo codes, sales, and freebies – which I collect and organize here and on our deals page.

Baby
- Bottles: 51 percent off a three-pack of 9-ounce Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature bottles at Amazon.com [expiration unknown]. They’re BPA- and phthalate-free and come with slow-flow nipples.
Food
- Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant: Free large order of garlic bread with a dine-in purchase of a pasta, baked pasta, or entree (print first) [10/31].
- Olive Garden: Kids in costume eat free on Halloween with the purchase of an adult entree [10/31 only]. Mention the “Trick or Treat Special,” which is for children age 12 and under.
- Outback Steakhouse: Kids in costume eat free on Halloween with the purchase of an adult entree [10/31 only]. This deal is for children age 10 and under.
Holidays and parties
- Halloween candy: As low as $1 a bag at Family Dollar stores [expiration unknown].
- Halloween costumes (for the whole family): 50 percent off at Kmart stores and online [10/31]. This is the best pre-Halloween deal I’ve seen yet.
- Kirkland’s (home decor): 75 percent off all Halloween items in stores and online [expiration unknown]. They say “Harvest” items, which I assume are Thanksgiving-season items, are also all 75 percent off but only in stores.
Personal care
- Beauty products: Ulta brand products – makeup, makeup brushes, other cosmetics tools, skincare products, body wash, and more – are buy-two-get-two-free at Ulta Beauty online [expiration unknown]. Shipping is free if you spend $25-plus. This offer may also be good in stores, but they don’t specify.
- Men’s skin care: Yes, you read right – actual men’s skin care coupons. So print these endangered species quick before they’re gone. The “Print Coupon” button will cause your printer to spit out six different coupons good for a total of $6.75 off Axe, Degree Men, Dove Men, Suave Men, and Clear Men’s products at Walmart stores.
Tech
- 16GB, USB 3.0 flash drive: 51 percent off the Kingston DataTraveler Elite at Buy.com [expiration unknown]. Instead of $31, it’s $15 – and shipping is free. You can find a USB 2.0 flash drive for less, but this is perhaps the first 3.0 model I’ve seen for less than $1/GB.
- Wireless mobile mouse (Microsoft): 30 percent off the 3500 model at Amazon.com [expiration unknown].
