2017 will be a good year for people who like museums and hold a Bank of America or Merrill Lynch credit or debit card.

Your debit or credit card can be your key to 24 chances to visit museums nationwide for free in 2017.

This perk is courtesy of Bank of America’s Museums on Us program. More than 150 museums and cultural institutions will participate in the program this year.

Museums on Us is open to anyone with a Bank of America or Merrill Lynch credit or debit card. Just present your card and photo ID at any participating institution during the first full weekend of each month to get free admission.

The 2017 Museums on Us dates are:

  • Jan. 7-8
  • Feb. 4-5
  • March 4-5
  • April 1-2
  • May 6-7
  • June 3-4
  • July 1-2
  • Aug. 5-6
  • Sept. 2-3
  • Oct. 7-8
  • Nov. 4-5
  • Dec. 2-3

To find participating institutions, check out the state-by-state “Museums on Us 2017 participant roster” or the “Where can I find a museum near me?” map.

Other things to know about the program include:

  • Each cardholder is eligible for one free admission. Their guests are ineligible.
  • Cardholders are eligible for free general admission. Special exhibitions, ticketed shows and fundraising events are excluded.
  • Bank of America suggests checking an institution’s hours before you go, as hours might vary.
