Looking for a lead on the dearest residences in New York City? I’m sorry to report that a peach of a penthouse at the top of the Ritz Carlton priced at $118 million is no longer on the market.

However, if you happen to be in this economic class (or aspire to it) there are still some sweet penthouses and apartments to check out in the $75 million — $85 million price range. And, even though the market temperature is “very hot,” according to Zillow you may snag these properties for a discount (relatively speaking) since some of the listings have been on the market for months.
