Dan Schointuch

My degree is in Film Studies from Emory University, but i've been programming professionally since high school. As Money Talks News' longest serving employee (aside from Stacy), I take care of everything online from our site's design to coding the in-house software that has helped us become one of the leading providers of personal finance news on the web. I've also written some of our most popular articles that have graced the front pages of Yahoo! and MSN to help millions find better ways to spend their money.

My vision for Money Talks News is of a next generation publisher that spans broadcast and internet mediums to tell stories in innovative, new ways. Our unique position with feet in both worlds provides me with never-ending opportunities to pioneer these new methods for digital storytelling, and has forced me to become an expert in everything from satellite video distribution and digital camera technology to search engine optimization techniques and the idiosyncrasies between web browsers.

In my free time I write software for Macs and iOS devices, watch every movie I can get my hands on, and spend time with my girlfriend.
