My TV just died and I need a new one. I would like a good quality 40″ or so set. I do not want to go fight Black Friday crowds. If I wait a few days will prices significantly rise ? If I order one from Amazon, NewEgg, etc. and they ship it direct what are the chances it will arrive undamaged What about buying online from say, Best Buy and having store pickup ? I am not looking for the lowest possibkle price, just a fair price.

You should still be able to find deals out there, Roland. And both of the ideas you suggested could work, from having a TV shipped directly or using in-store pickup. Don’t worry too much about shipping damage: it’s unlikely and even if it occurs, any reputable retailer will make it right. Try Amazon today…you might find a great deal!

I’m assuming you already got the new tv Roland. Remember to price check to get the best possible price!
