I am in Georgia and have a land line phone ($60 per month) . It has been out of order since on or about Feb. 1. Three calls, with my cell, to Windstream has not resulted in a restoration of the service.
Two days ago I contacted the Public Service Commission. That has not worked either. Not even a returned call from the PSC. And they seemed a little irritated that I called them at all.
Any one have any ideas on how to get them to resolve my phone problem.
