Not sure what to eat for lunch? How about a “free” 6-inch sandwich from Subway?
The sandwich chain is offering a classic sub to anyone who signs up for its weekly text offers and makes a 30-ounce drink purchase, which will set you back about $1.80. Still, $1.80 for a drink and a sandwich is a pretty good deal.
You can either click here to sign up or text “offers” to 782929. I just signed up, and I can assure you it’s quick and easy.
After you sign up, Subway will send you a confirmation text. As soon as you reply to that text with a “Y” for yes, Subway will send you a link for free 6-inch classic sub (with 30-ounce drink purchase). Make sure you don’t click on the “redeem” link until you’re checking out at the Subway shop.
Also in February, Subway is offering all of its classic footlong subs for just $6.
You can also earn free food and drinks at Subway by signing up for a Subway Rewards card. Available at select locations, the card allows users to rack up 1 point for every $1 spent. The points can be redeemed for free Subway items.
