[Money Crush] I like to think of myself as financially successful, so when I see an article with a title like the one above, I immediately wonder if I have what it takes.
So what does this author say you need for financial success? Spending less than you earn, being concerned with what things cost, being generous, not being afraid to say no, and valuing hard work, among other things. Check out the post. It’s a good guide to success in many areas of life.
But while problems are never fun, they do serve a purpose. This author suggests that you’ll become a better person in at least four different ways. Adversity will make you stronger, smarter, more compassionate and more appreciative.
Having been down this road myself, I couldn’t agree more. Check out this article, especially if you’re in the midst of a crisis of your own.
[Money Q&A] As you’ll soon see, we do a lot of stories about resolutions, from saving more to digging out of debt. So I was interested to see what other writers suggest.
Although this post was written in 2012 in anticipation of this year, the suggestions still ring true. They include quitting smoking, drinking less, going back to school, losing weight, getting a better job, spending less and more.
Doesn’t sound like a lot of fun, but it does sound like some ways to save some major money.
