Watchathon Week is on. That means that through this Sunday, April 24, Xfinity TV customers can access programs from networks that generally cost extra.

As Xfinity’s website devoted to this annual weeklong freebie says:

“Xfinity TV customers can watch thousands of episodes from TV’s top networks for free with Xfinity On Demand. We’re talking every episode, from every season, from every HBO, Cinemax and Starz series all available to watch.”

Those series include:

  • “Game of Thrones”
  • “Outlander”
  • “The People vs. O.J. Simpson”
  • “The Simpsons”
  • “The Walking Dead”

If you’re unsure where to start, though, the Watchathon Week website includes show recommendations based on categories and genres of your choosing.

Aside from the fact that it’s only available to Xfinity customers, there is no catch to this freebie. Of course, getting hooked on a new show could cost you if you opt to upgrade Xfinity service so you can keep up with the show. So binge-watch at your own risk.

If you aren’t an Xfinity customer, check out “17 Places You Can (Legally) Download or Stream Free Movies and TV” for more options.

If you’re trying to ween yourself off of Xfinity or another cable or satellite TV provider, start with “How to Choose the Right Cord-Cutting TV Service.”

If you prefer outdoor freebies, check out “Free Entrance to All National Parks This Week.”
