Do you have $1,000 or more to fork over for a new cellphone? Me neither! The newest phones being released by major brands like Apple, Samsung and LG are not for those of us with tight budgets.

Luckily, there are still some great phones that are much more budget friendly. Here are my favorites:

Google Pixel 3a: $400

The Google Pixel 3a is on the upper end of “budget” phones and is totally worth the price. It’s Google’s cheaper version of its flagship Pixel and also its newest release. Although the phone isn’t quite as fast as its predecessor (Pixel 3) and it doesn’t have the same camera, the photo quality is supposed to be just as good.

Starting at just $399, you could get this phone outright, or pay monthly installments starting at around $16 per month for 24 months.

iPhone 7: from $299

If you’re loyal to Apple and want the newest iPhones, you’re not going to find one for less than $500, but you will be able to get your hands on some slightly older models. The iPhone 7 starts at just $299 from various carriers, including Net10 Wireless, Cricket Wireless and Straight Talk Wireless.

The iPhone 7 may be a few years old now, but it still has some of the best features of an iPhone, including:

  • Water resistance
  • Great camera
  • Touch ID
  • 3D Touch

iPhone 6s: under $150

If you’re looking for an even cheaper iPhone, then check out these iPhone 6s deals from smaller carriers like Simple Mobile. Starting at just $149.99 outright, you’ll be able to get your hands on this great phone without worrying about how you’re going to pay it off.

Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx: under $130

If iPhones aren’t really your thing, then you could save even more money by getting a refurbished Samsung Galaxy phone. Released just two years ago, this budget-friendly Android is just $129.99 from TextNow when you choose a refurbished model.

LG Stylo 4: under $200

If you want a cheaper phone but don’t want to sacrifice the quality of your photos, then check out the LG Stylo 4. With a 13MP camera, you’ll be taking high-quality photos and even HD video. This LG phone is on sale from various carriers, including Twigby, Boost Mobile, and Straight Talk Wireless.
