Memorial Day is Monday, but you need not wait until then to take advantage of all the sales. They’re already well underway at many major retailers.

If you’re unsure where to start, we’ve rounded up some of the best sales below. Just remember that your savings don’t have to end with sale prices.

You can earn cash back on your discounted purchases by going through a cash-back portal like Ebates.com — which is offering double cash back this holiday weekend — or by paying with a cash-back credit card.

Amazon

The Spring Event is on at Amazon. This sale boasts “everything you need to prepare your home and yard for warmer weather.”

The major product categories that are part of the sale include:

Walmart

Walmart’s Memorial Day sale offers savings of up to 40% across what seems like every department. So, whatever you might be interested in buying this holiday weekend, check out Walmart’s prices before buying elsewhere.

Target

Check out Target’s Memorial Day sale if you are looking for just about anything for your home.

Home and patio items are up to 30% off. Plus, you will save an additional 15% on indoor furniture and rugs as well as outdoor furniture, rugs, cushions, pillows, lighting and umbrellas. Use promo code HOME for the extra 15% off in those categories.

Pier 1, Wayfair and World Market

If you can’t find what you need or want for your home at Target, try one of these three home decor retailers.

At Pier 1 Imports’ Memorial Day sale, you can save up to 50% off storewide.

Wayfair’s Memorial Day clearance sale offers savings of up to 70%. The departments in which you will find the steepest discounts include mattresses, bedding, dining furniture, curtains, and wall art and accents.

World Market, a sister of Bed Bath & Beyond, is offering up to 50% off top sellers.

Additionally, now through Monday, you will save an extra 15% and qualify for free shipping on online purchases of $99 or more (use code MEMORIAL15). If you are a member of the World Market Rewards program, you will instead save 20% and qualify for free shipping on online or in-store purchases of $99 or more (use code MDW20 online).

Home Depot and Lowe’s

If you’re looking to buy a new appliance this weekend, check out the sales at Home Depot and Lowe’s, both of which have slashed prices on major appliances by up to 40%.

At Home Depot, the types of appliances with the highest discounts include certain refrigerators, dishwashers, and washers and dryers. At Lowe’s, they include refrigerators and ranges.

Also included in both retailers’ sales is everything from home decor to gardening and backyard items, so start by scoping out Home Depot’s home page and Lowe’s home page for the sale highlights.
