Free doughnuts — June 7
National Doughnut Day falls on Friday, June 7. Several chains are celebrating by handing out free sweet treats to its customers.

Free taco at Taco Bell — June 18
Steal a Game, Steal a Taco has returned this summer! And that means a free taco for you.
Not familiar with this delicious Taco Bell promotion? Here’s how it works: Because the road team in this year’s NBA Finals “stole” a game on the road, “all of America gets to steal a free Doritos Locos Taco” on June 18, from 2 to 6 p.m. — or any time during the day if you order it on the app or online,” Taco Bell says.
Free cash for kids — through Aug. 31
Children in kindergarten through fifth grade can earn a $10 deposit in their new or existing TD Simple Savings Account this summer.
All they have to do is read 10 books, fill out this form and bring it to their local TD Bank by the end of August.
Free bowling for kids — through Sept. 2
Do your children or grandchildren enjoy bowling? Then you’re in luck! Returning this summer, the Kids Bowl Free program offers two free games of bowling per child per day, all summer long.
Kids must be between the ages of 2 and 15, and standard shoe rental rates apply.
Free workouts for teens — through Sept. 1
Planet Fitness is offering anyone ages 15 to 18 “a safe space where they can get their sweat on in a healthy way” this summer with free workouts.
Teens can sign up in person at one of more than 1,700 Planet Fitness locations across the country, but those under 18 must bring a parent or guardian when they do so.
Free pool test kit — ongoing
Are you fortunate enough to have a pool in your backyard? If so, you probably know that proper maintenance can help keep recreational water illnesses at bay.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), backyard pool owners and swimmers should “use portable test strips to check for adequate chlorine and proper pH of pool water.” And you can sign up here for your free test kit from the Water Quality & Health Council.
Free pocket documents — ongoing
Always wanted your very own pocket-sized versions of the Constitution and Declaration of Independence? Fill out this short form, and the fine folks at Hillsdale College will mail you complimentary copies of “America’s most important documents,” posthaste.
