The South Dakota city is the third-best U.S. city to retire in, according to USA Today’s survey, and it ranks 16th on the WalletHub list. While not necessarily a hot spot of activity compared with other retirement locations, Sioux Falls has excellent access to health care, a prime consideration for many older Americans.
