Bath & Body Works is the place to go for all your aromatherapy needs. The retailer’s sweetly scented soaps, sprays, shower gels, lotions and candles can provide instant stress relief. And we’ve got tips to cut the cost of those pampering products.
Following are five ways to save money at Bath & Body Works.
1. Sign up for emails
Simply go to Bath & Body Works’ website and enter your email address at the bottom of the home page — where it says, “Get email offers & the latest news from Bath & Body Works!”
You won’t be sorry. The retailer regularly sends out coupons that can save you lots of cash.
Don’t want to sign up online? The next time you’re in the store, give the cashier your email address and ask to be added to the company’s mailing list.
2. Take advantage of the semiannual sales
Bath & Body Works fans know that two of the best times of year to shop there are in January and June, during the retailer’s semiannual sales. Stock up during these sales, and it will save you a bundle over the course of the year.
The semiannual sales generally include discounts of as much as 75 percent on an array of products.
3. Score free gift cards
Rewards websites like Swagbucks will give you free gift cards for filling out surveys, searching the web and doing other online activities you probably already do anyway.
Generally, you earn points for doing these tasks and can redeem the points for gift cards. The many gift card options that Swagbucks offers include Bath & Body Works gift cards in denominations of $25 and $50.

4. Pay with a discounted gift card
If you don’t have the time or patience to rack up free gift cards through a rewards site, the next best thing might be discounted gift cards.
You can buy gift cards for less than their face value on marketplaces such as:
Recently, Raise was selling Bath & Body Works gift cards for 8 percent off and Cardpool for 6.7 percent off.
A comparison website called Gift Card Granny will tell you which of these marketplaces is selling a certain retailer’s gift cards for the lowest price at any given time. So, always visit Gift Card Granny before buying a discounted gift card.

5. Use a cash back credit card
One great way to save money on purchases from many retailers, including Bath & Body Works competitors like The Body Shop, is to shop through a cash-back website such as:
Recently, TopCashback was offering 5 or 6 percent cash back on The Body Shop purchases, and Ebates and Swagbucks Shop were offering 4 percent. That might not sound like much, but combine it with a discounted or free gift card and shop during a sale and you’ll be saving some serious coin.
Unfortunately, Bath & Body Works is not currently partnering with such cash-back portals to offer cash back in this fantastic manner. But you can still earn cash back on purchases there by paying with a cash-back credit card.
