I am 23 years old, and for some time now I have considered having some cosmetic surgery on my nose and breasts. My nose has always been a major issue, and I have always known that I wanted to get it done. My breasts on the other hand have only become an issue in the last couple of years. As a child and teenager I was about 10kg heavier than I am right now, and the best thing about my body during that time was that I had big breasts - however, once all the baby fat went away and I lost the weight, my breats suddenly sagged significantly. So now I'm a 23 year old woman, stuck with the breasts of a woman at least 20 years older than I am.

As a student it was impossible for me to save enough money, but now that I'm working, it's stil impossibe. The pay for entry level jobs are very low, and with rent and bills, it is unrealistic to think that I'd have anywhere near enough money in the near future, and I just feel like I need some help/advice on what I should do, as everyday I become more and more anxious to these procedures over n done with.
