I subscribe to the promotional emails of hundreds of companies so you don’t have to. I sift through 1,000 deal-touting emails every week. Most are worthless. But some offer valuable coupons, promo codes, sales, and freebies — which I collect and organize.

Note: Expiration dates are in brackets.

Groceries

  • Bob Evans: $1 off the purchase of two grocery products (print first – click on the red “Click here to get coupon” button) [expiration unknown].
  • Candy bars: Free 1.86-ounce Snickers or Snickers Peanut Butter Squared bar with the purchase of one bar at Walmart (print first) [expiration unknown].
  • Jerky: Free 3.25-ounce bag of Oberto BBQ pork jerky with the purchase of one bag of Oberto original jerky at Walmart (print first) [expiration unknown].

Health and fitness

  • Free health screenings: At Sam’s Club on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. [4/13 only]. These screenings – which test blood sugar and cholesterol levels, blood pressure, vision, dental health, and more – are available to the general public, not just club members.
  • In-line skates (for adults and kids): Up to 50 percent off at Amazon.com [expiration unknown].

Home

  • Coffee/espresso machine: 20 percent off Jura’s Impressa F50 Classic Automatic Coffee Center, which makes cappuccinos and macchiatos, at Costco online [4/21]. Instead of $1,250, it’s $1,000 — $300-plus less than Amazon.com’s current price.
  • Furniture: Additional 10 percent off at JCPenney stores (print first and online; use code SPRINGUP) [4/17]. All other home department items (excluding kitchen electronics, mattresses, and certain brands like Dyson) are 20 percent off.

  • Office/school supplies: More than 100 items – including pens, highlighters, binders, binder clips, staplers, and glue sticks – are buy-three-get-one-free at Amazon.com [4/13]. This discount is on top of Amazon’s already-reduced prices.

Personal care

  • Body butter: 50 percent off select scents at Body Shop online [expiration unknown]. Instead of $20, they’re $10. Shipping is free if you spend $50. The discounted scents are blueberry, cocoa butter, floral acai, macadamia, papaya (limited edition), passion fruit, raspberry, sweet lemon, sweet pea, and vanilla.
  • Diaper rash ointment: Free 4-ounce tube of A+D with the purchase of a 16-ounce tub of A+D at Target stores (print first) [expiration unknown].
