A vehicle’s tires separate the car from the road, keeping you safe as you travel from one place to another. So, it is crucial that the tires you buy are of the best quality.
Recently, J.D. Power asked customers to offer their opinions about the quality of their car’s tires as part of the 2024 U.S. Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Study.
Drivers evaluated their tires in four areas, in order of importance:
- Ride
- Wear
- Traction/handling
- Appearance
One tire-maker dominated the ratings. Based on the response of 31,414 owners of 2022 and 2023 model-year vehicles, these are the companies that make the best tires in the U.S.
