Today’s question is about solar panels; specifically, whether having the ability to generate energy from the sun will brighten your home’s value.

I thought about adding solar panels to my home last summer, but ultimately decided against it, at least for now. As for whether adding solar panels to your roof will increase your home’s value, here’s what I think.
