Wendy’s is offering a sweet deal on its popular Frosty treats. The fast-food chain is selling Frosty key tags for just $2. The tag gets you a free Jr. Frosty with every Wendy’s purchase in 2017 — but more importantly, it also helps support foster children “waiting for their forever home.”
Wendy’s says 85 percent of each $2 key tag purchased through Jan. 31 will go to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, a not-for-profit organization created by Thomas — the founder of Wendy’s — to help children in foster care find a permanent home.
The fast-food chain says you can purchase a tag at most of its restaurant locations, or you can click here to buy your Frosty key tag. But take care of the tag — you have to show it to cash in on the free Frosty deal in 2017.
The Frosty key tags were sold in previous years for $1.
