You’ve likely heard of a breastaurant (and if you haven’t, the name is self-explanatory), but what about a pecstaurant?

Tallywackers, an all-male version of Hooters, recently opened in Dallas, Texas. The wait staff is composed of — you guessed it — hot men in tight red tank tops and short shorts.

The restaurant’s menu includes items like “The Tallywacker,” a one-pound, all-beef hot dog, and the “S&M Burger,” a mushroom and Swiss cheese hamburger.

Tallywackers lets diners choose a preferred waiter, The Washington Post said.

“We want to hire a wide variety of men,” [Tallywackers owner Rodney Duke] said. “Everyone has a different type. The younger ones, the older ones, the muscular ones, the not-so-muscular ones. We want to have eye candy for everyone.”

Darren Tristano, executive vice president of industry research firm Technomic, told the Post that many upscale restaurants hire attractive employees to draw customers. Although Tristano said it can be an effective move, it’s not enough to keep the restaurant doors open.

“Men are far more likely to visit a restaurant that has attractive, scantily clad women than women are to visit a restaurant that has attractive, scantily clad men,” Tristano said. “Getting males — who are heavy users of these types of concepts — is going to an interesting part of their business challenge. Certainly gay males may be a good target.”

Tallywackers is in a good position to attract gay males. According to The Huffington Post, the restaurant is in a Dallas neighborhood that has a large gay population.

“While we are aiming towards the LGBT community as part of our audience, we are also expecting and welcome a diverse clientele, including women,” the spokesperson told HuffPost in April.

In addition to its full menu and eye-candy servers, Tallywackers also features a variety of live entertainment, including celebrity impressionist Mark Alan Smith, female singer Vero Vaz and the drag talents of Ivana Tramp.
