Delivery and installation

All appliances from Costco that are ordered online are eligible for free delivery. Some items are available under Costco Direct, which means the product is stocked at a nearby distribution center and can be delivered even faster.

Two-year warranty

Each major appliance comes with a two-year warranty. Costco’s extended warranties are done in partnership with Allstate, and the cost of your extended warranty will depend on the price of your new appliance.

Haul away

Costco won’t just deliver your new appliance, it will also take the old one off your hands. The appliance you want to be hauled away must be the same type that’s being delivered. In other words, if you’re ordering a fridge, Costco will only haul away another fridge. The haul-away item must also be clean and otherwise safe for employees to handle.

Costco Direct Savings

Costco Direct Savings is a service that gives customers $100 off an additional appliance within the order. This applies to select appliances and the product descriptions will note whether or not an item is eligible.

Cash back

Costco members with either type of membership (Gold Star or Executive) and pay with the Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi get 2% cash back on their appliance purchases.

Executive Costco members specifically also get 2% back as part of their annual rewards. That means those with both the Costco Anywhere Visa Card and an Executive Membership can earn 4% cash back on their purchase.

90-day return window

Costco provides a 90-day return window for the following appliances:
