Reuters reports…

The failure to share all the supporting documentation from consumers[‘ complaints] raises questions about whether the practice violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act. That law requires credit-reporting bureaus to follow “reasonable procedures” to ensure the accuracy of information and to reinvestigate any consumer disputes that arise.
