Get a fresh start in March with a brand new Samsung Galaxy S20 free for 18 months, a month of unlimited high-speed data for $25, or 8GB of data for $240 for the whole year. These phone deals require no money down with approved credit, and the cellphone plans don’t require a credit check!

Deal No. 1: Free Samsung Galaxy S20

Sprint

Get the brand new Samsung Galaxy S20 5G for free for 18 months. The Samsung Galaxy S20 boasts a future-proof design, which means it’s ready for 5G, but still works perfectly on 4G networks. Its 28-hour battery will keep you going all day, and lag time will be an issue of the past with the new Snapdragon 865 processor and 12GB of RAM. The Galaxy S20 also comes with a 6.2-inch infinity display, upgraded image capabilities and more.

How to get the deal: You will need to switch to Sprint from another carrier and trade in a qualifying device to be eligible for this deal. Sprint will credit your account $41.67 for 18 months. When your 18-month lease ends, you can give it back, trade up or pay it off and keep it.

Deal No. 2: First month of unlimited data for just $25

Visible Wireless

Visible Wireless keeps it simple by offering a single unlimited plan. The unlimited plan comes with all the 4G data, talk, text and mobile hotspot you can use at one low rate. Visible is a prepaid provider owned by Verizon Wireless. That means you’ll get the benefit of being on the largest network in the nation, and you won’t even have to undergo a credit check to join.

How the deal works: When you switch to Visible, you’ll pay just $25 for your first month of service, then $40 per month thereafter. All taxes and fees are included in the price of this plan.

Deal No. 3: 2GB for $15 per month, for 3 months

Good2Go Mobile

For a limited time, Good2Go Mobile will double the data you’ve paid for during your first three months of service. So if you sign up for their 1GB per month plan, you’ll get a total of 2GB each month at no additional cost. The plan also comes with unlimited nationwide talk and unlimited texting to more than 60 countries. Good2Go Mobile operates on AT&T’s network, so you’ll get excellent service in their coverage areas.

How to get this deal: Switch to Good2Go and sign up for AutoPay to get this plan for just $15 per month. Without the AutoPay discount, the plan is $20 per month. When you switch, Good2Go Mobile will send you a free SIM card, and they’ll even ship it free, too. If you need to increase your data limit, you can simply upgrade to a 3GB plan for just $5 more per month at any time.

Deal No. 4: 8GB per month for $20 per month

Mint Mobile

Mint Mobile’s Medium Plan offers 8GB of high-speed data, plus unlimited talk and text to the U.S., Mexico and Canada at one low rate. Plans come in three-, six- and 12-month cycles. The best deal is the 12-month cycle because it gives you 8GB per month for a whole year for just $20 per month. Since Mint Mobile is on T-Mobile’s network, you’re sure to get great coverage in their service areas.

How this deal works: Mint Mobile’s introductory three-month plan offers the same $20 per month deal as their 12-month plan. After your first three months with Mint, if you love your service, you can switch to the 12-month plan and pay just $240 for the whole year. The standard three-month pricing for the medium plan is $35 per month.

Deal No. 5: Free iPhone 7

Verizon Wireless

For a limited time, get a free iPhone 7 from Verizon Wireless. While the iPhone 7 isn’t Apple’s latest device, it’s one of the best. It comes with a 4.7-inch display that fits comfortably in your hand, 32GB of memory, water-resistance up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, and a 12MP rear-facing camera that records in HD.

How to get this deal: Open a new line with Verizon, and buy this device on a 24-month installment plan. Your discount comes to you in the form of monthly billing credits over 24 months. If you cancel your line of service before 24 months, the full balance of your device will become due.
