Who Is Eligible for the CVS Settlement?
Anyone who accessed cvs.com, cvshealth.com or the CVS mobile app in the United States before July 27 may be eligible for the settlement class, according to the settlement website.
How to File a Claim
Eligible customers can submit a claim online through the settlement website. Claim forms may also be mailed to:

Online claims and mailed forms must be submitted or postmarked by Nov. 16.
How Much Money Can You Get?
Class members who submit an eligible claim form can receive up to $10. Those who file without proof of membership — documentation showing they used the CVS websites or app — can receive up to $5; customers who submit proof can receive up to $10.
When Will Payments Be Sent?
An approval hearing is scheduled for Dec. 1. If the settlement is approved, people who submitted valid claims will receive payments 120 days after approval and completion of any appeals process.
Payments can be sent by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or check. Checks expire 180 days after they are issued.
CVS and Criteo denied wrongdoing. Settlement terms remain subject to final court approval.
