Go to the PetSmart website to find a location near you.

Free Cinnabon BonBites — April 10

On April 10, AMC airs the Season 3 premiere of “Better Call Saul,” in which a manager named Gene at a Cinnabon in Omaha reflects back on his career as attorney Saul Goodman, a life and a name he had to leave behind at the end of the AMC series “Breaking Bad.”

Fans of the show — and anyone else who loves the sugary goodness of Cinnabon — can stop by participating Cinnabon locations between 5 and 7 p.m. on April 10, and pick up a free four-count sleeve of BonBites. Contact your local Cinnabon to make sure it’s participating in the promotion.

Free visit to a national park — April 15-16, 22-23

The National Park Service is offering free admission to all parks during special dates throughout 2017. April is probably the best month to take advantage of this offer — rather than getting one or two days of free admission, you can score four full days of freebies during National Park Week.

Admission is waived for all 400 national parks on the weekends of April 15-16 and April 22-23. Normally, 124 parks charge an entrance fee. The other parks are free year-round.

Free Auntie Anne’s pretzel — April 26

Yury Zap / Shutterstock.com

Each year, National Pretzel Day marks an opportunity to score a complimentary soft pretzel at several vendors. Download the Auntie Anne’s “My Pretzel Perks” app and you’ll get a choice of one free Original or Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel on any day from April 26-30. Note that you must download the app before 11:59 p.m. ET on April 26 to participate.

In the past, Wetzel’s Pretzels also has marked National Pretzel Day with free eats. However, Money Talks News was not able to confirm at press time whether Wetzel’s will participate again this year.

Pretzelmaker is offering a deal on pretzels on April 26, but they are not quite free. Here’s the twist: Instead, the chain is celebrating National Pretzel Day with 26-cent pretzels to mark its 26th birthday.

Free Carvel ice cream cone — April 27

Each year, Carvel offers one free ice cream cone to anyone who stops in at a local shop during one day in the month of April. Money Talks News has confirmed that this year’s freebie will take place from 3 to 8 p.m. on April 27. Score your free Junior Soft-Serve Cone on that day!

Free Picture People portrait — through April 30

Bilanol / Shutterstock.com

Are your family portraits in need of a refresh? Perhaps you just added a new addition to the clan. Or maybe the kids have grown and you want to capture the moment.

Stop by your local Picture People through April 30, and use the coupon at the company website to get a free 8-by-10-inch portrait. You can also enjoy 40 percent off high-resolution digital images.

Free dozen doughnuts at Krispy Kreme — April 28

Asier Romero / Shutterstock.com

Put on your cape and tights and fly – or drive – on over to your nearest Krispy Kreme location to celebrate Super Hero Day! Purchase a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts on April 28, and you’ll score a second dozen for free.

“Costumes are not required, just super encouraged,” according to Krispy Kreme.

It’s worth noting that the shop in Pigeon Ford, Tennessee, and all Connecticut shops are not participating. Perhaps Lex Luther holds some sway there…
