Money Talks News has again been named to Feedspot’s annual list of the best personal finance publications.
Money Talks News beat out thousands of other websites to break into the top five, ranking No. 4 in 2025 — an accomplishment based on authority, relevancy, freshness and social media followers.
While Money Talks News has been honored by Feedspot before, this marks its highest ranking yet.
“It’s taken a lot of work from a lot of talented people to get here, but our journey won’t be over until we arrive at No. 1,” Money Talks News CEO Stacy Johnson, CPA, said of the honor.
As a certified public accountant who worked on Wall Street and has been licensed in everything from stocks and mutual funds to life insurance and real estate, Stacy knew he was uniquely positioned to educate everyday folks about the ins and outs of personal finances without making their eyes glaze over.
So, in 1991, he founded Money Talks News to create and distribute personal finance news to network-affiliated TV stations nationwide. He and his production team went on to carry out that mission for more than three decades. Along the way, Money Talks News earned multiple Emmy Awards.
Today, under the leadership of Stacy, President Dan Schointuch and Managing Editor Karla Bowsher, Money Talks News syndicates both articles and videos to the top news portals in the world in addition to publishing the Money Talks Newsletter and producing “Money Talks News: The Podcast.”
