USA TODAY Network / Reuters

Raising Cane’s is entering April with expansion on its mind, as the Louisiana-based chicken chain prepares to open two new locations and reopen four renovated restaurants.

The company confirmed the openings and reopenings to USA TODAY on March 30, the same month it opened its 1,000th restaurant.

In a statement, Raising Cane’s said it’s using springtime to show off “the intentional way we’re growing across the country.”

Here’s what’s happening at Raising Cane’s.

Two New Raising Cane’s Locations Coming in April 2026

According to Raising Cane’s, the two newest additions to the company’s fleet will be in Virginia and Tennessee.

The opening in Norfolk, Virginia, will mark the company’s second location in the coastal city. The first is a food court vendor at Norfolk’s Navy Exchange (NEX).

The Memphis, Tennessee, location will also mark the company’s second restaurant there, joining the Germantown Parkway location.

Renovations are also wrapping up at Raising Cane’s locations in Ohio, Alabama and Louisiana.
