Many restaurants are offering Labor Day discounts and freebies, perfect for those who don’t want to cook over the holiday weekend.
Some of the deals are only valid on Monday, Sept. 6, while others are good before and after the official holiday. Check these out, and be sure to click on the links for more details.
Enjoy a pizza party over the holiday weekend without breaking the bank.
Domino’s continues to offer its Weeklong Carryout Deal — get any pizza with up to three toppings for just $7.99. Crust availability varies by size. (The offer excludes XL and Specialty Pizzas.)
The deal also includes 10 traditional or boneless chicken wings for the same price.
2. Olive Garden
If you’re not taking out the grill over the Labor Day weekend, head to Olive Garden for a frugal feast. Customers can enjoy an extra take-home entree for just $5.
Pick up enough entrees for the whole family to enjoy at home. Choose from Fettuccine Alfredo, Five Cheese Ziti al Forno, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Stuffed Fettuccine Alfredo.
3. Pizza Hut

6. Rubio’s Coastal Grill
Leave the grilling to Rubio’s Coastal Grill over the holiday weekend. The chain is offering a Labor Day weekend special, from Sept. 3-6. Customers can get two entrees for $15 or four entrees for $30.
In addition, the eatery is offering a lunch special exclusively for Rubio’s Rewards members from Labor Day, Sept. 6 to Oct. 3.
