American shoppers say one convenience store is king — but many other chains are nipping at its heels, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index’s recent Convenience Store Study.

The ACSI’s first ranking for the convenience store industry found that the average customer satisfaction score among all chains included in the ranking was 76 out of 100 points.

However, many chains did even better. Here are the top performers.
