Third-party food delivery is more popular than ever. Millions of households now have meals regularly brought to their homes by these services.
But which food delivery companies do the best job?
Recently, Intouch Insight analyzed the performance of the leading players in the industry as part of its inaugural Third-Party Delivery Study.
Intouch Insight says it collects data and analyzes services “across multiple touchpoints, including customer surveys, mobile forms, mystery shopping, and operational and compliance audits.”
Metrics used to rank food delivery companies included:
- Delivery speed
- Order accuracy
- Customer satisfaction
Orders placed with both restaurants and convenience stores were part of the study.
According to Intouch Insight, these are the best — and worst — food delivery services for speed, accuracy and fees.
