Who can resist a cheeseburger? National Cheeseburger Day, on Sept. 18, gives you permission to have more than one burger complete with melted cheese and all the toppings.
Restaurants join in the fun by offering some juicy deals on the cheesy day. Remember, local restaurants and other businesses may offer deals on this day, too.

Burger King
Get treated like royalty at Burger King on National Cheeseburger Day.
On Sept. 18, the popular fast-food restaurant is offering a FREE Bacon Cheeseburger with a minimum purchase of $1. The giveaway is part of Burger King’s Perks Week celebration — through Sept. 21.
And you can’t enjoy a burger without fries. Burger King is also offering FREE any size fries every week for its loyalty members through the end of 2025. (Unfortunately, the two offers cannot be combined in the same transaction.)
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers
Hang out with Freddy on National Cheeseburger Day!
From Sept. 18 to 21, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is offering a FREE Freddy’s Original Double Steakburger with any $10 purchase.
This meaty offer is only available for Freddy’s Rewards members via the Freddy’s app.
McDonald’s
McDonald’s has been serving its popular cheeseburgers for 85 years, so it’s the perfect place to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day.
On Sept. 18, the fast-food giant is offering a Double Cheeseburger for just 50 cents. Limit one per person.
The cheesy deal is only available for MyMcDonald’s Rewards members.
