If you’re in the market for an electric truck that doesn’t look like anything else on American roads, the 2026 Tesla Cybertruck is a great option. It starts at $69,990, produces 600 horsepower and has 325 miles of range.
The Cybertruck features a unique cold-rolled stainless steel alloy body. It boasts impressive power and driving range. The Cyberbeast trim ($99,990) rockets from 0-60 miles per hour in just 2.6 seconds.
The Tesla Cybertruck charges from 10-80% in around 35 minutes using a Tesla Supercharger. It has great all-around performance specs and its design is sure to turn heads.
Rivian R1T: Best Overall Electric Truck
The 2026 Rivian R1T is one of the most well-balanced new electric trucks on the market. It’s powerful, capable and loaded with great standard tech and safety features.
Rivian’s electric truck starts at $79,990 and produces 533 horsepower. It has 270 miles of driving range.
We tested a Rivian R1T for USA TODAY Cars and it was insanely quick. It has around 14.9 inches of maximum ground clearance thanks to an adjustable air suspension, making it great for off-roading.
GMC Sierra EV: Best Luxury Electric Truck Under $63K
GMC’s electric truck is a more premium version of its close cousin the Silverado EV. It has a refined interior and great standard features.
The 2026 GMC Sierra EV starts at $62,400. It produces a massive 605 horsepower and has 283 miles of driving range.
GMC’s electric pickup features heated driver and front outboard passenger seats, wireless phone charging and GMC’s MultiPro tailgate. It’s practical, powerful and it features quality cabin materials.
GMC Hummer EV: Best Electric Powerhouse
If you’re after the most shock value from a new electric pickup truck, the GMC Hummer EV checks all the boxes. GMC brought the Hummer back in 2022. It may be wildly expensive, but it also offers one of the most unique ownership experiences because of its design, power output and off-road capabilities.
The 2026 GMC Hummer EV Pickup starts at $99,895. It produces 540 horsepower and has around 316 miles of driving range. The Tri-Motor configuration produces over 1,000 horsepower.
GMC’s Hummer EV can drive diagonally with CrabWalk and King Crab mode. Its on-road presence rivals the Cybertruck, but it’s potentially even more spectacular to auto enthusiasts since GM was able to revitalize the decades-old nameplate.
