November is here, and for many of us that means family time! If you’re like me, gathering for Thanksgiving dinner will be a reminder just how grateful you are that you get to spend most of the time apart.

But being away from your loved ones doesn’t have to also mean being completely disconnected from them. These great cellphone and wireless-plan deals can help you keep in touch even when you’d prefer not to rub elbows.

Disney+ with Verizon Wireless

Along with Thanksgiving and the usual fall time change (for most of us), this November brings with it the official release of Disney+ on the 12th. This highly anticipated entertainment streaming service is set to be the home of pretty much all things Disney and their properties such as “Star Wars,” Marvel and Pixar.

Verizon has recently announced that they are offering one free year of Disney+ to customers on their unlimited plans, or anyone who switches to a Verizon unlimited plan before June 1, 2020. You get the excellent network service that Verizon is known for and all the great content on Disney+.

$100 gift from Visible

Want to get on Verizon’s network while not paying Verizon prices? Visible, an MVNO owned by Verizon that uses the same network, offers an unlimited plan for just $40/month. Plus, for a limited time, Visible will gift you a $100 Prepaid Mastercard Virtual Account just for switching over and bringing your own phone or purchasing a new one under $400. If you buy a new phone with Visible that costs more than $400, they will give you a $200 Prepaid Mastercard Virtual Account.

For both offers, Visible will give the Prepaid Mastercard Virtual Account after your first two monthly payments.

Get 50% savings from Ultra Mobile

Ultra Mobile, an MVNO running on T-Mobile’s network, is offering a great limited-time deal this month on their 3GB three-month plan. When you purchase the three-month plan, Ultra Mobile will give you an additional three months free. After all the math is done, you’ll just be paying $11/month as compared with the regular price of $22/month.

Free Pixel 4 with trade-in from T-Mobile

We didn’t forget you, Pixel fans. With the Pixel 4 just released late in October, there are plenty of Pixel deals to go around. Our favorite comes from T-Mobile which is offering the new Pixel 4 free (an $800 value). Just switch to T-Mobile and trade in your old Pixel 2 or newer model in good condition and the Pixel 4 is yours. If you have the original Pixel or Pixel XL, T-Mobile will give you $500 off the Pixel 4.

Free iPhone 11 from Sprint

November will be the second full month since the iPhone 11’s unveiling, and there are still huge deals for this flagship phone. With Sprint, you can lease an iPhone 11 for free! Just trade in an eligible device when switching to Sprint. Examples of eligible devices for this deal include iPhone 7 or newer and Samsung Galaxy S9 or newer.

Coming soon: Black Friday cellphone deals

If these deals don’t work for you, consider that Black Friday is just around the corner. Retailers and wireless carriers keep their Black Friday deals pretty close to the vest, making it hard to say just what types of savings they will offer on that busy shopping day.

Last year’s deals included some big giveaways — TVs, smartwatches and more — offered by carriers to customers switching to their plans. Stay tuned to find out what this year will bring.
