At least a dozen iPhone and iPad apps that normally cost as much as $1.99 apiece are currently available for free.
The following examples of such apps are among the latest culled by BGR, a tech-centric publication that reports it’s “constantly told that we’re the best in the business when it comes to hunting down hot paid iOS apps that go on sale for free.”
There is no way to tell how long the apps will remain free, however, so download any apps that pique your interest soon. As BGR warns:
These are paid iPhone and iPad apps that have been made available for free for a limited time by their developers. There is no way to tell how long they will be free. These sales could end an hour from now or a week from now — obviously, the only thing we can guarantee is that they were free at the time this post was written.
If you click on a link and see a price listed [instead of the word ‘Free’]… it is no longer free. The sale has ended. If you download the app, you will be charged.
The following apps are grouped according to how they are categorized in Apple’s App Store.
- Resume Maker — Pro CV Designer. Normally $2.99
- QuickVoiceEx (voice recorder, audio memos). Normally $0.99
Health and fitness
- ReachOut. Normally $1.99

- Pic Collage Pro (photo editor with templates and frames). Normally $1.99.
- Ringtones Maker Pro (download and record unlimited ringtones). Normally $1.99
