Restaurant.com sells printable gift certificates for less than their face value, allowing you to enjoy a meal out without paying full menu prices. By using them, you can reduce your total bill by as much as 50 percent, according to Restaurant.com.
While this might sound too good to be true, the eateries that partner with Restaurant.com are willing to offer gift certificates at a discount as a way to help market themselves to a larger potential customer base.
The gift certificates also often have terms, which are clearly noted on Restaurant.com. For example, a participating restaurant might require you to purchase a certain amount of food to redeem a certificate.
To find out which eateries in your area offer discounts through Restaurant.com, visit the site and enter your ZIP code, or select from a list of popular cities.
To take advantage of this deal, choose a restaurant’s gift certificate and click the green “Add To Cart” button. Then enter promo code FRIES in the “Enter Promo Code” box before you click the green “Proceed To Checkout” button.
