Apple has agreed to a class-action settlement over claims that it failed to deliver certain Apple Intelligence features on time for some iPhones. Plaintiffs allege the delays violated consumer protection laws in several states. Apple denies the claims.
Which iPhones Qualify?
The settlement covers iPhone 16, 16e, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max devices purchased in the United States between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025. Devices bought for resale aren’t eligible.
How to File a Claim
Eligible owners can submit a claim through the official settlement website by Dec. 21, 2026.
How Much Could You Receive?
Payments could range from $25 to $95 per device. The amount may change depending on how many people receive awards.
When Will Payments Arrive?
It could take a while to receive a physical or digital check after filing. A final hearing is scheduled for February, and appeals are possible. Payments won’t be issued until the settlement is approved and any appeals are resolved.
