Coffee — Dec. 2
On Dec. 2, members of Paris Baguette’s loyalty program, PB Rewards, can get a free medium hot or iced coffee with any pastry purchase. It’s free to join the loyalty program, too.
Socks — until Dec. 7
The American Red Cross is giving two pairs of Pac-Man socks to every blood donor until Dec. 7 — or while supplies last. Visit the American Red Cross’ website to make an appointment.
Lego toucan or monster truck — Dec. 13
On Dec. 13 from 11 a.m. to noon, the J.C. Penney Kids Zone is hosting a free event where kids can build a Lego toucan or a Lego monster truck. They’ll also receive a free collector’s pin, ID badge and lanyard.
Parents can take advantage of a free coupon for an extra 10% off while their kids get crafty.
Santa craft for kids — Dec. 20
On Dec. 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., kids can construct Santa’s sleigh and reindeer free of charge at Lowe’s.
Note that you must register for this event in advance, by Dec. 19.
Costco gift card — until Dec. 31
Groupon and Stack Social are currently offering a free $40 digital Costco gift card with the purchase of a Costco membership. The only hitch is that the offer is limited to new members and former members who haven’t had an active membership for at least 18 months.
Both offers are available until Dec. 31.
Photos with Santa — until Dec. 24
Santa will be at Bass Pro Shop for free photos until Dec. 24. Customers get a 4×6 print and shareable video for free. You just have to book a reservation in advance, which you can do on Bass Pro Shop’s website.
Bass Pro Shop is also offering free giveaways for kids:
- Colorable picture frames, available until Dec. 5
- Shrink art, available Dec. 8-24
Video games — until Dec. 11
PC game players can download “Universe for Sale” until Dec. 4 through Epic Games. “The Darkside Detective” and “The Jackbox Party Pack 4” will be freely downloadable from Dec. 4 until Dec. 11.
Perks for BJ’s members — ongoing
Just as freebies are available to Costco and Sam’s Club members, BJ’s Wholesale Club members have access to a handful. They range from tire maintenance to a second membership. Food from Wendy’s — ongoing
Wendy’s has a few discount offers going on right now, but even better is its freebies. On Fridays, you can get free fries with any order over $5. On Wednesdays, it’s a free six-piece nuggets with a $5 order.
These offers are available only if you place a mobile order through Wendy’s website or app.
Streaming — ongoing
