Editor's Note: This story comes from CableTV.com.

Super Bowl LVIII kicks off on CBS, Paramount+ and Nickelodeon at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, Feb. 11.

The Big Game will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada — home of the Las Vegas Raiders.

We prefer to watch the Super Bowl at our house using an HD antenna because of its affordability, lower lag time and higher picture quality (1080p).

But you can also catch the championship game with a Paramount+ Premium subscription or any cable, satellite, or live TV streaming service that offers CBS or Nickelodeon.

Keep reading for more details on securing the most effective TV plan for watching Super Bowl Sunday.

You can watch the 2024 Super Bowl game on CBS, Paramount+ and Nickelodeon at 6:30 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, Feb. 11.

Apart from Paramount+, you can also stream Super Bowl LVIII on NFL+ using a mobile phone or tablet.

For those who prefer watching American football en Español, Univision will air Spanish-language coverage of Super Bowl LVIII.

It will be Univision’s first time televising the NFL championship game — partnering with CBS Sports for the broadcast.

You don’t need a full-blown cable or satellite subscription to watch Super Bowl LVIII. A simple digital antenna can pick up the Big Game if you live near a CBS broadcast network.

For just a one-time purchase — usually between $20 and $60 — a digital antenna will also score you other primetime NFL games in the build-up to the Super Bowl.

Certain antennas like the Mohu Leaf 50 are even 4K-capable — something not all TV providers can offer.

Perhaps you don’t live within range of a CBS station but have reliable internet access for streaming. If so, a Paramount+ subscription will get you all “NFL on CBS” coverage for as low as $5.99 a month.

You can also upgrade to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME ($11.99 a month) for live 24/7 access to your local CBS station.

The great thing about the Super Bowl is that you can watch it anywhere.

If mobile viewing is your jam, you can stream the game on Paramount+ or any live TV streaming service that carries CBS — including Fubo, Hulu + Live TV and YouTube TV.

  • Recommended antenna: Mohu Leaf 50
  • Super Bowl channels: CBS
  • Features: All local broadcast channels

You can watch Super Bowl 2024 for a one-time fee, but you’ll need to purchase an OTA antenna that usually costs between $20 and $60.

We recommend the Mohu Leaf 50 ($39.99 on Amazon) because of its 60-mile range and 4K capabilities.

Depending on your location, an OTA antenna should easily pick up your local CBS station for the Big Game.

You may also get channels like ABC, FOX and NBC — meaning you’ll have access to other locally televised NFL and college football games for several years to come.

You can find a list of channels and their signal strengths in your area by entering your ZIP code on the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Reception Map Tool.

This season, Usher will perform during the Super Bowl halftime show.

The multi-platinum singer-songwriter-dancer will have roughly 12 minutes to light up Allegiant Stadium. But of course, there’s no doubt the King of R&B will deliver.

The performance marks the second year Apple Music will act as the halftime show’s main sponsor.

Previously, Pepsi held primary sponsorship duties for 10 years. But the beverage company bowed out to focus on other NFL opportunities, like the NFL Draft.

Don’t want to stick around for the rest of the game? Our entertainment experts at Cabletv.com compiled a list of excellent shows to watch instead of the Super Bowl. Or you could go back and watch the Puppy Bowl on demand.
