Ever wonder whether everyone hates their internet provider, or if it’s just you?

J.D. Power’s latest annual U.S. Residential Internet Service Provider Satisfaction Study identifies the companies consumers are most satisfied with in each region of the U.S. through a survey of nearly 24,000 customers.

It also suggested convenience may be more important than price in customer satisfaction, as more expensive wireless internet topped slightly less expensive wired internet service. The major factors in consideration besides cost of service were performance and reliability, communications and promotions, billing and payment, and customer care.

Following are the internet providers customers are most satisfied with across the U.S.
