Looking to give your “salty tooth” a fix? Don’t get yourself in a twist! Instead, celebrate National Pretzel Day this Friday, April 26.

Several regional and national chains are offering pretzel deals late this week. Just call ahead to confirm that your nearest location is participating in an offer.

1. Auntie Anne’s

Receive a free Auntie Anne’s Original or Cinnamon Sugar pretzel with the purchase of any pretzel product Friday to Sunday. Just use the QR code at the Auntie Anne’s website or on the Pretzel Perks app.

You can also get $25 off $100 online catering orders with promo code NPD25 until Friday.

Stop by Auntie Anne’s website to find a location near you.

2. Ben’s Soft Pretzels

Donate at least $1 to the nonprofit Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, and you’ll get one free Jumbo Soft Pretzel on Friday.

Ben’s Pretzels has more than 82 locations, mostly in the Midwest and South.

3. Cumberland Farms

Get a free Chill Zone beverage — fountain or frozen Hyperfreeze — with the purchase of any pretzel from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, the chain tells Money Talks News. The combo will end up costing $2.39.

Cumberland Farms has locations throughout the Northeast and Florida, although the National Pretzel Day offer is available at new and newly remodeled locations.

4. Philly Pretzel Factory

Everyone gets a free pretzel on Friday — no purchase necessary.

As you might expect from its name, Philly Pretzel Factory has locations primarily along the East Coast. But you’ll find them as far west as Arizona.

5. Pretzelmaker

Get a free salted or unsalted pretzel on Friday if you are a member of Pretzelmaker Rewards. According to the company:

“To receive yours, just download and enroll in our NEW Pretzelmaker Rewards App.”

This chain has locations across the U.S., including in Guam, as well as Canada.

6. Quaker Steak & Lube

Get a free Bavarian Pretzel with beer-cheese dip at participating restaurants Friday. To enjoy this perk, you have to be a member of the Revved-Up Rewards program.

Quaker Steak & Lube has locations in about a dozen states, mostly in the eastern half of the nation.

7. Wetzel’s Pretzels

Stop by this chain on Friday and get a free Original Pretzel, according to Wetzel’s, which dubs the day “National Wetzel Day.”

In addition, the company says:

“For fans who believe that celebrating pretzels shouldn’t be limited to just one day a year, Wetzel’s Pretzels will reward their hunger by offering anyone who follows the brand on Instagram by April 28th a reward code for another FREE Original Pretzel, redeemable through the Wetzel’s Pretzel app and valid until May 5.”

Wetzel’s has locations across the U.S.
